A way out of the mirror

The design of the book was based on a children’s storybook that tells a tale through images. The main character is an exaggerated form praying mantis, understood as a self-portrait of the artist as a young man. Titled after an Allen Ginsberg poem, A Way Out of the Mirror includes over two hundred drawings deliberately printed on thin paper. The special edition of the book was packaged in a personalized Tyvek pink envelope. Tyvek was chosen for its outstanding water resistance to both complement and withstand Farmer’s sculptural waterworks that were part of the Biennale exhibition.

A handy small book (in A6 format, 140 pages), which is a valuable educational gadget of the Impact Academyl project. The first dictionary of digital marketing terms in the Polish language on the market. Noble refined design. Aesthetic values - a product that arouses interest and desire thanks to the project. High functional values ensuring intuitive use of the dictionary, a transparent layout, high accuracy preserved in the composition of the content, PL and ENG terms are located next to each other. Post-it notes, quick access to frequently used pages. Original cover.

Citizens and Revolutionaries

The design takes into consideration that the book is divided into 3 parts, each having sub-parts. Each of the 3 parts and their sub-parts are treated differently as chapter openers. The challenge was to treat each type of content differently without creating too many varied styles and treatments. The concept was to create a book that is easy to read while paying minute attention to typographic details for the narrative.

One Day in Paradise

"One Day in Paradise. Creative Individuality Amongst the Crowd." was created as final assignment for the BA degree program Information Design at FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria. It highlights the difficulties young designers have to face when establishing themselves in the creative field, especially while starting out. It covers topics such as taste, style and individuality as well as imitation, inspiration and identity. It features extensive interviews with industry professionals about the researched topics as well as fun and engaging illustrations and infographics.

Bulgarian ABC Book History

This is the first visual history of Bulgarian primers and ABC books (1824-2010), compiling more than 130 titles, written by more than 100 authors and illustrated by 60 artists. The study offers a visual interpretation of different historical periods, social collisions, times of war and peace, of economical crises and industrial progress. It also puts an accent on the everyday life, material culture, family relations, and attitudes towards child rearing, guidance, and education.
